All Meal Plans by Miriam Rose Natural Health come with the following:

  • A schedule that clearly lays out breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack suggestions.

  • A daily macronutrient and micronutrient table (including calories, protein, fibre, sugar, carbohydrates, fats, iron, vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium and zinc).

  • Recipes provided for all meals.

  • Shopping list for the meal plan and corresponding recipes.

  • Please note, all meal plans are designed for two person household, but can be doubled or tripled for families.
