I offer a comprehensive package including structured meal schedules for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, along with detailed daily tables showcasing macronutrients and micronutrients. Additionally, the plans feature recipes for all meals and a convenient shopping list aligned with the meal plan and recipes.
